Mr. Simrenjeet Singh is the managing partner at Messrs. Simrenjeet, Tay & Co., specializing in commercial, construction, employment, and general litigation. He also has vast experience in handling shareholder disputes, construction arbitration, breach of contract cases.
Mr. Simrenjeet has appeared in numerous significant cases, some of which have been reported in local legal journals. He has also acted in advisory roles, offering expert counsel on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment matters.

- Simren completed his pupilage at Shearn Delamore & Co. in August 2012 and embarked on his career as a Legal Associate with Messrs. Gananathan Loh in October 2012. He has over a decade of hands-on practical experience in civil, commercial and securities litigation.

- Tay Por Hai is a name partner of the firm.
- Por Hai completed his pupillage with Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in January 2013. He then embarked on his career as a Legal Associate with Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co until 2016 when he joined Messrs Valerie Chong & Co. as a partner in conveyancing.
